To allow as many local choirs as possible to participate in the African Asia Pacific Choir Games, scheduled to take place from September 27 to October 5, the organizing committee has extended the registration deadline by 15 days, from May 31 to June 15. Interest among local choirs for these Games has been noted, with approximately forty choirs registered in the various categories on the program. Under certain conditions, registration for domestic choirs is free. The members of the organizing committee encourage enthusiasts to join the African Asia Pacific Choir Games. Additionally, following the launch of the official website of the Games and the sponsorship kit on Monday, May 19, workshops led by Michaël Barett-Berg, musical director of Interkultur – a German organization involved in choral events globally – took place on Tuesday, 20th, and Wednesday, 21st respectively at the Côte D’Or multisport complex. 14 choirs participated.
